No. With dermaplaning we use a sterile blade to remove the top layer of dead skin cells and the fine vellus hairs. It is first and foremost an exfoliation: your skin is instantly smoother and absorbs the products that follow much better. The vellus hairs do not grow back thicker or darker.

After the treatment your skin is more sensitive to the sun, so you leave with SPF on and avoid sunbeds. For two weeks you skip scrubs, peels, retinol and acids. We do not perform the treatment if you have an active skin infection, acne, eczema or psoriasis in the treatment area, or if you take Roaccutane.

That depends on your skin; we discuss what suits you during the intake. If you would like a course, we start with this dermaplaning version so your skin gets used to the Korean products, and follow with the Korean Glass Skin Microneedling a few weeks later.

Both treatments use the same Korean formula with colostrum exosomes, collagen, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide. The dermaplaning version exfoliates with a blade; the microneedling version delivers the serum deeper into the skin through fine microchannels. Dermaplaning is the gentle start, microneedling the more intensive next step.

Through fine microchannels we deliver an intensely hydrating serum into the skin. The skin is stimulated and absorbs the active ingredients far better. A calming mask, day cream and SPF follow.

Your skin needs recovery time: no make-up, exercise, sauna or swimming for the first 24 to 48 hours, and no scrubs, retinol or acids for two weeks. We do not perform the treatment if you have an active skin infection, severe acne, a tendency to keloids, are pregnant, take blood thinners or recently had Botox or fillers.

Your own lashes get a natural curl and lift from the root in three steps, and are tinted. Nothing is added: only your natural upper lashes are lifted.

Until the lifted lashes have been replaced by new ones, usually a number of weeks. It differs per person; we discuss it at your appointment.

With extensions, artificial lashes are glued onto your own. With a lash lift we only work with your natural lashes: lifting, curling and tinting. No extension maintenance, but an open, awake look.

With a fine needle we place pigment between the lash hairs themselves. This creates no eyeliner line, but a darker lash base: your lashes look fuller and closer together.

A classic PMU eyeliner places a visible line on the eyelid. Infralash stays within the lash line and is designed so you do not look made-up.

The lash line may be a little red and slightly swollen straight after the treatment; this settles over the following days. Sensitivity differs per person; we discuss it during the intake.

No eye make-up for fourteen days, no sauna, hot tub or sunbed for two weeks, and no lash curler or extensions for six weeks. We do not perform the treatment if you have an eye infection, glaucoma, recent eye surgery or are pregnant.
